Ashish Dhawan bought 18,00,000 shares of Religare Enterprises for ₹41.76 Cr at ₹232.00 apiece in a bulk deal. Ashish Dhawan was also a participant in a ₹1,500-crore preferential allotment of warrants by Religare Enterprises in July 2025. He also increased his stake in Religare Enterprises to 4.1% (13.5 million shares) in May 2025 from 2.3% in December 2024.

Ashish Dhawan increased his stake in Religare Enterprises from 4.12% to 5.24%, acquiring 41,80,852 additional shares through a combination of secondary market purchases and warrant conversion. The value of his holding is now ₹458.55 Cr, crossing the 5% disclosure threshold.

Ashish Dhawan increased his stake in Bluspring Enterprises from 6.30% to 6.42%, raising his shareholding from 94 lakh to 95,94,503 shares.

Ashish Dhawan increased his stake in Equitas Small Finance Bank from 4.02% to 4.10%, buying 10 lakh shares (46,870,000 shares total) worth ₹75 crore at ₹75 apiece.

Ashish Dhawan increased his stake in IIFL Finance from 1.09% to 1.33% by purchasing 1,026,423 shares. His total holding is now 5,673,406 shares. The value of his additional purchase is ₹57.14 Cr at a price of ₹556.70 per share.
