Mumbai based investment manager founded in 2019 by Vikas Khemani, former chief executive of Edelweiss Securities, together with Manoj Bahety and Swati Khemani. It runs portfolio management services, Category III alternative investment funds and offshore strategies spanning small, mid and large caps. Stock selection follows a proprietary MCO framework that sorts ideas into Magic, meaning companies re-rating on a management change, industry shift or new product, Compounders with durable moats and steady growth, and Opportunistic special situations. This is paired with the forensic accounting work Manoj Bahety is known for through his Analysis Beyond Consensus approach. Its main vehicles include the Structural Shift Fund, which targets the manufacturing and technology cycles, and the Bharat Amritkaal Fund, a long only flexi cap strategy. The firm has also received approval to enter the mutual fund business.
