Ghisallo bought 4,01,900 shares of Lenskart Solutions for ₹25.32 Cr at ₹630.00 apiece in a block deal.

Ghisallo bought 2,123,694 shares of Physicswallah Limited for ₹25.00 Cr at ₹117.72 apiece in a block deal.

Ghisallo bought 1,250,002 shares of Meesho Limited for ₹25.00 Cr at ₹200.01 apiece in a block deal.

Ghisallo bought 596,000 shares of Lenskart Solutions for ₹38.25 Cr at ₹641.75 apiece in a block deal. Ghisallo also participated in a June 2026 block deal of Lenskart, purchasing shares when ADIA trimmed its holding.

Ghisallo bought 1,90,000 shares of One 97 Communications for ₹29.17 Cr at ₹1535.10 apiece in a block deal. This comes after One 97 Communications saw a block deal on May 23, 2026, where institutional investors, including Ghisallo, bought shares.

Ghisallo bought 8,56,000 shares of One 97 Communications (Paytm) for ₹117.08 crore at ₹1,367.80 per share in a block deal on August 4, 2026. This transaction occurred on a day when existing investors Saif Partners and Elevation Capital were looking to sell up to 2.3% of total outstanding shares via a block deal.
