Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance bought 2.5 lakh shares of Gland Pharma Limited for ₹70.67 Cr at ₹2,826.60 apiece in a block deal.

Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance bought 24 lakh shares of Thyrocare Technologies for ₹149.76 Cr at ₹624.00 apiece in a block deal. This occurred as promoter Docon Technologies sold a 9.90% stake, reducing their holding from 60.92% to 51.02%.
