Incorporated in 1995, the company is a joint venture between Hyderabad-based GVK Group and Indian Hotels Company Limited, combining their expertise in luxury hospitality and premium property management. It serves both leisure and business travelers through a diversified portfolio of upscale properties.
The alternatives arm of Nippon Life India Asset Management, operating as a separate manager from the mutual fund business. It has launched more than twenty schemes since 2014 across Category II and Category III platforms, spanning listed equity, private credit, venture capital and real estate. Its listed equity schemes take concentrated positions in smaller companies, so its filings show up in places the mutual fund does not.
