Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund reduced its stake in Sagility Limited from 1.48% to 1.21%, selling 12,775,160 shares. The value of the sold shares was ₹53.69 Cr, calculated at the last available share price of ₹42.03.

The company delivers comprehensive services including claims processing, revenue cycle management, clinical operations support, and business process outsourcing. Established in 2021, Sagility serves major healthcare clients requiring specialized operational expertise, digital transformation capabilities, and back-office support across complex healthcare workflows and regulatory compliance requirements.
