SBI Funds Management bought 9,00,000 shares of ADF Foods Limited for ₹23.40 Cr at ₹260.00 apiece in a bulk deal. SBI Funds Management also acquired an additional 13,00,000 shares at ₹259.98 each, bringing their total acquisition to a 2% stake worth ₹57.19 crore.

The company distributes its products across Europe, the United States, Australia and the Gulf region. ADF Foods also operates dedicated distribution subsidiaries in the USA and UK that function as agents for FMCG product distribution in these key markets.
