Abakkus Mutual Fund decreased its stake in Hindware Home Innovation, selling 25,90,008 shares and reducing its holding from 4.56% to 1.46%. The value of the shares sold is approximately ₹58.9 Cr, calculated at ₹227.30 per share.
A leader in building products and consumer appliances across India, Hindware Home Innovation manufactures bathware, premium tiles, plastic pipes, and fittings through its building products division. The company offers kitchen and home appliances under the Hindware Smart Appliances brand, while also producing advanced water heaters through Hintastica, a joint venture with Groupe Atlantic. This multi-segment approach positions the company across essential categories of modern household infrastructure and living solutions.
