HSBC Mutual Fund increased its stake in Paradeep Phosphates from 1.33% to 1.38%, adding 462,872 shares. The additional stake is worth ₹6.63 Cr at ₹143.38 apiece.
India's second largest private sector phosphatic fertilizer manufacturer, Paradeep Phosphates produces and distributes a comprehensive range of non-urea fertilizers including DAP, multiple NPK grades, Zypmite, Phospho-gypsum, and Hydroflorosilicic Acid. Incorporated in 1981, the company operates across manufacturing, trading, and distribution channels serving agricultural and industrial sectors. It distinguishes itself through vertically integrated operations and a diversified product portfolio addressing varied customer needs.
