Government Pension Fund Global (Norway) decreased its stake in GTPL Hathway from 1.36% to 1.26% by selling 1,15,500 shares. The value of the sold shares was ₹73.16 lakh at ₹63.39 apiece.
A leading media and telecom services provider, GTPL Hathway operates as India's largest multi-system operator delivering digital cable television services across Gujarat and West Bengal. The company also provides wireline broadband connectivity to residential and commercial customers. Established in 2006, it combines cable distribution infrastructure with broadband services, maintaining a strong presence in its core operating regions through integrated telecom solutions.
