Government of Singapore sold 1,20,74,306 shares of Ather Energy Limited through an open-market transaction. This reduced its stake in the company from 6.06% to 3.12%.

The company develops proprietary software systems to support its vehicles and charging ecosystem. Founded in 2013, it operates as a vertically integrated player in the electric scooter segment, handling product design, in-house manufacturing, technology development, and charging network expansion independently.
