A manufacturer of steel wires, strands, wire ropes, and cords serving industrial applications across India. The company produces specialized wire products and related accessories for construction, mining, infrastructure, and marine sectors. Usha Martin also manufactures wire drawing machines and allied equipment used in steel processing. Its integrated production facilities and technical expertise in wire manufacturing distinguish it in the domestic market.
Launched May 2023 by 3P Investment Managers, managing around Rs 16,269 cr by January 2026, making it one of the fastest-scaling India equity AIFs ever. Managed by Prashant Jain, who ran HDFC Mutual Fund as CIO for 18 years (2004 to 2022) and is among India's most-followed long-only managers. Mohnish Pabrai is an anchor investor.
