Abakkus Mutual Fund, which previously held a 1.03 percent stake in Sarda Energy & Minerals Limited, has dropped off the company's latest disclosed shareholder list, indicating either a complete sale or a reduction in its holding to below the 1 percent reporting threshold.
A vertically integrated steel and ferro alloys producer, Sarda Energy manufactures steel, ferro alloys, and generates power for industrial applications. Established in 1973, the company operates as the flagship entity of Sarda Group and serves both domestic and international markets. Its integrated operations encompass production, processing, and power generation, supporting India's steel and metallurgical sectors with reliable supply solutions.
