Authum Investment & Infrastructure increased its stake in Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited from 4.12% to 4.55%, raising its shareholding from 11,498,260 to 12,705,305 shares. This change is valued at approximately ₹112.5 Cr based on the current share price of ₹928.35.
A vertically integrated steel manufacturer, Shyam Metalics produces iron pellets, sponge iron, TMT bars, long steel products, and ferro alloys for construction and industrial applications. The company also generates its own power to support operations. Its integrated production model enables control across the entire value chain from raw material processing to finished steel products delivery.
