HSBC Mutual Fund increased its stake in Kajaria Ceramics from 1.27% to 1.68%, acquiring 658,074 shares worth ₹81.3 crore.

India's largest manufacturer of ceramic and vitrified tiles, Kajaria Ceramics produces a comprehensive range of tiles for residential, commercial, and institutional applications across the country. The company operates integrated manufacturing facilities at multiple locations and distributes its products through an extensive dealer network. Its significant scale and advanced production capabilities position it among the world's leading tile manufacturers in terms of capacity and reach.

Indian arm of HSBC Asset Management, the investment arm of HSBC Group with over USD 600 billion in global AUM. Manages over Rs 1 lakh crore in India across equity, debt and hybrid schemes. Previously known for integration of L&T Mutual Fund schemes after acquiring it from L&T Finance in 2022, which significantly expanded the franchise.
