Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance bought 53 lakh shares of Meesho Limited for ₹98.58 crore at ₹186.00 apiece in a block deal.

An app-based marketplace that connects sellers directly with consumers across India. Meesho operates through its digital platform, offering a diverse range of product categories including fashion, accessories, electronics, home and kitchen items, health and fitness equipment, and office supplies. The company enables small businesses and individual sellers to reach customers through its technology-driven commerce ecosystem, facilitating transactions between merchants and buyers nationwide.

Now wholly owned by Bajaj Finserv after the Bajaj Group bought out Allianz SE's 26% stake in March 2025 for Rs 24,180 crore. Total AUM over Rs 1.2 lakh crore.
