SBI Life Insurance bought 9,50,338 shares of BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited for ₹78.65 Cr at ₹827.60 apiece in a block deal.
A jewellery manufacturer and retailer specializing in diamond, gold, platinum, and studded pieces, Bluestone operates through physical stores and an online platform across India. The company designs and produces its own jewellery collections, controlling production from conception to customer delivery. Bluestone distinguishes itself through vertical integration and direct manufacturing capabilities, allowing greater quality control, design flexibility, and customer engagement across its diverse product range.
Joint venture between State Bank of India and BNP Paribas Cardif. Manages over Rs 4.7 lakh crore in total AUM with the flagship SBI Life Equity Fund alone holding over Rs 77,000 crore.
