UMIYA HOLDING PRIVATE LIMITED, a promoter, increased its stake in Umiya Buildcon Limited from 38.30% to 38.34% by purchasing 7,500 shares for ₹0.06 Cr at ₹86.10 apiece in an open market transaction.
