Incorporated in 2006, the company specializes in digital health services that support care delivery and patient management across hospitals and healthcare providers. Its platform enables healthcare organizations to streamline clinical operations, improve service delivery, and enhance patient outcomes through technology-driven solutions.

Launched May 2023 by 3P Investment Managers, managing around Rs 16,269 cr by January 2026, making it one of the fastest-scaling India equity AIFs ever. Managed by Prashant Jain, who ran HDFC Mutual Fund as CIO for 18 years (2004 to 2022) and is among India's most-followed long-only managers. Mohnish Pabrai is an anchor investor.
