ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund decreased its stake in Asian Paints from 2.25% to 1.84%, selling 39,45,021 shares. However, it also recently acquired 85 lakh shares of Asian Paints for ₹1,876 crore at ₹2,207 apiece in a block deal where Reliance Industries was the seller.
