Arohi Emerging India bought 16,13,819 shares of NRB Bearing Limited for ₹62.94 Cr at ₹390.00 apiece in a bulk deal. This was part of a larger transaction where promoter Trilochan Singh Sahney Trust 1 sold 43.7 lakh shares (a 4.5% stake) in NRB Bearings.

A pioneer in needle roller bearing manufacturing in India since 1965, NRB Bearings is a leading supplier of critical drivetrain and chassis components to the automotive industry. The company manufactures precision-engineered bearings for commercial vehicles, passenger cars, tractors, and industrial equipment applications. Its products are integrated into the majority of vehicles operating on Indian roads across multiple segments.
