UMIYA HOLDING PRIVATE LIMITED, a promoter entity, bought 1,000 shares of Umiya Buildcon Limited for ₹81,760 at ₹81.76 apiece in an open market transaction. The stake remained unchanged at 38.12%.

Bangalore holding company formerly MRO-TEK Realty. Its wholly owned subsidiary MRO-TEK Private Limited designs and manufactures data communication and networking equipment for telecom applications, spanning routers, switches and media converters through to turnkey campus, wide area network and optical fibre projects. The business runs its own electronics manufacturing facility in the city, is a Department of Telecommunications trusted source and an empanelled national system integrator for public sector clients, and has extended into homeland security technology including unmanned aerial vehicles. The company is promoted by the Umiya group, a Bangalore property developer led by Aniruddha Mehta.
