SBI Life Insurance increased its stake in DOMS Industries from 1.42% to 1.67%, raising its shareholding from 861,751 to 1,014,751 shares. SBI Mutual Fund purchased 9.32 lakh shares (1.54% stake) in DOMS Industries for approximately ₹205.04 crore at ₹2,200 apiece as part of a larger transaction where FILA Group sold a 7% stake in DOMS Industries.
