LIC reduced its stake in National Fertilizers Limited from 3.59% to 3.52%, selling 3.75 lakh shares.
A state-owned producer of fertilizers and agricultural inputs, the company manufactures Neem Coated Urea, bio-fertilizers in solid and liquid forms, and various allied industrial products for the agricultural sector. It also engages in trading of imported and domestic fertilizers, compost, seeds, and other agro-based products. The company operates through integrated production and distribution networks across India.
