Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited

A mining and manufacturing company based in Karnataka that extracts low phosphorous manganese and iron ore from the Hosapete Ballari region. The company also produces ferro-alloys, including silico-manganese and ferro-manganese, along with coke at its facility in Vyasankare near Hospet. Incorporated in 1954, it operates as the flagship enterprise of the Sandur Group and is among India's leading manganese ore miners.
