Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund had purchased 36.48 lakh shares of Sterlite Technologies on June 5, 2026, for ₹225.87 crore at ₹619.07 per share in a bulk deal. They further increased their stake to 5.72% by acquiring an additional 47.16 lakh shares on July 1, 2026, crossing the 5% disclosure threshold.
