Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance bought 80,134 shares of Anthem Biosciences Limited for ₹5.97 crore at ₹744.80 apiece in a block deal. This was part of a larger block deal where promoter Aruna Ganesh exited the company by selling a 3.05% stake worth ₹1,275 crore.
